"I’m ready to turn Baloot—our most-played Saudi card classic—into a full-featured mobile experience for both iOS and Android. The core gameplay must feel exactly like the real table game, yet sit inside a bright, fun, and playful interface that instantly welcomes new users. Smooth multiplayer is essential; players should be able to jump into public tables, create private games with friends, and chat in real time without lag.

Key functionality I need built in from the first release:
• Secure online matchmaking and real-time play (4-player tables)
• Clans, seasonal ranking ladders, and scheduled in-app tournaments with prize logic
• Opt-in rewarded ads and interstitials that respect user consent and comply with store policies
• A subscription tier that unlocks cosmetic upgrades, exclusive tables, and ad-free play
• In-app economy covering coins, gems, avatars, and tournament tickets
• Admin panel or back-end dashboard so I can tweak drop rates, run promotions, and ban cheaters

Visual direction: a light-hearted, cartoony look—think bright palettes, lively table animations, and playful sound effects—while keeping the card faces instantly recognisable to Baloot veterans.

Tech preferences: I’m happy with Unity or any cross-platform engine you trust; backend could sit on Firebase, PlayFab, or a custom Node/AWS stack as long as it scales. Feel free to propose what you do best.
