Note; we have had a team of 10 dedicated Muslims building this app with other 30 years of combined experience, we have been working o. This project for 2 months!
You cannot use platforms like google translate, aws, aura translate ect, as it DOES NOT pick up on Quran tajweed this app needs to be built from scratch with no lag “real time” translation of QURAN TAJWEED RECITATION…! Not normal speech… if you cannot do this no payments will be made. Because of this the first milestone will not be paid until after testing that this is possible and you can achieve our goal.

I’m building a cross-platform mobile app that listens to a user’s Qur’an recitation and, in the same breath, turns it into readable text, translates that text into several target languages, and points out every tajweed slip a user makes. Both iOS and Android releases are required, so choosing a shared codebase—Flutter, React Native or a comparable framework—makes sense as long as native-level performance is preserved.

Core workflow
1. Real-time voice recognition captures the Arabic recitation.
2. Instant transcription appears on-screen.
3. The transcription is translated into the language the user selects from our multilingual catalog.
4. A tajweed engine analyses pronunciation, flags errors, and suggests precise corrections (colour overlays, audio re-plays, or short text notes).

I will supply the tajweed rule set and target language list; you architect the rest: UI/UX, speech-to-text pipeline, translation layer (Google, Azure, or any on-device alternative that keeps latency low), and the pronunciation scoring module. Smooth offline handling for slow connections, a simple settings page, and Store-ready builds (.ipa & .aab) round out the deliverable.

Acceptance check: within 250 ms end-to-end latency on a modern mid-range phone; at least 90 % transcription accuracy on clear recitation; rule-based feedback aligning with the provided tajweed spec. If you can hit those marks, everything else is negotiable." (client-provided description)
