"I have the copy and branding ready and now need a developer who can spin up a sleek, simple-yet-luxurious two-page site (Home + About Us) in the next 12 hours. The site’s centerpiece is a live, continuously updating stock price graph. After launch, I’ll rely on you full-time to keep that graph refreshing daily and to roll out any refinements we decide on together.

Core requirements
