"I’m ready to launch a straightforward business website and then keep it running smoothly, so I’m looking for someone who can both build the site and handle the ongoing administration on a part-time basis.

The build phase is simple and content-ready. All copy, images, and brand assets are in place; I need you to turn them into a clean, responsive business site with only the essential pages (home, about, services, contact). Nothing fancy for now—just a solid, fast-loading presence that can scale later if we decide to add user logins, a catalog, or a blog section.

Once the site is live, I’d like you to stay on as administrator: applying updates, monitoring security, running regular backups, handling minor edits, and generally keeping everything humming. A few hours a week should cover routine maintenance, with flexibility for the occasional small project or feature upgrade.

You’re free to use the stack you’re most comfortable with—WordPress, a modern CMS, or a lightweight custom build—so long as it’s easy for me to edit basic text and images without touching code. Familiarity with cPanel, basic SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and version control will be useful.
