"I want to stand up a web portal on Azure that automatically produces AI-generated demos and provides interactive whiteboards. The core idea is simple: visitors can explore the generated assets, while a small, authenticated back-office lets my team create and curate them.

Scope of work
• Build the portal on Azure (App Service, Functions, or a stack you recommend).
• Integrate Azure OpenAI—or another Azure AI service you suggest—for on-the-fly demo generation.
• Embed an interactive whiteboard component (signal-R or Web Sockets welcomed) that supports sketching, text, and basic shapes.
• Implement Azure AD authentication restricted to administrators; editors inherit create/edit rights once an admin assigns the role. General visitors browse without signing in.
• Role logic: Administrators and Editors can create, edit, and delete demos and whiteboards. Visitors have read-only access.
• Provide clean, documented code and an ARM/Bicep or Terraform template so I can redeploy the entire solution in my own subscription.

Acceptance
• Admin sign-in works exclusively through Azure AD and shows “Create” controls only to admins and editors.
• A new demo or whiteboard can be generated, saved, and displayed without page reload.
• Source in a private Git repo with a README that explains setup and configuration.
