"I’m building an MVP that makes running a rotational savings group (ROSCA) as effortless and trustworthy as possible. Each user will join or create a group, contribute a fixed amount on a defined schedule, and—on their assigned cycle—receive the pooled funds.

Core Scope
• Flutter or React Native codebase, ready for both iOS and Android stores.
• Secure phone-number plus OTP login as the single sign-on method, reinforced with scalable back-end encryption, and room for future biometric add-ons.
• Full KYC flow embedded before a user can handle money.
• Contribution tracking, automatic payout scheduling, and push / in-app notifications so every member always knows who has paid, who is next, and when cash lands.

Payment & Data Integrity
Transactions must travel through a reputable payment API which will be local payments(Mpesa, Tigopesa etc); ledger consistency, double-entry logic, and role-based access control are all non-negotiable. Please surface your preferred stack (Firebase, Supabase, AWS Amplify, etc.) and encryption approach when you reply.

Design Expectations
A clean, mobile-first interface: think two or three uncluttered screens per flow, minimal taps to contribute or withdraw, and atomic colors/Typography that read clearly on low-end devices. Deliver Figma (or similar) files alongside production code.

Acceptance Criteria
1. A user can register with phone + OTP, pass KYC, join/create a group, fund their wallet, and contribute to a cycle—all inside TestFlight / internal-track builds.
2. Contribution records, payout queues, and notifications persist correctly after reinstalls.
3. Unit tests cover critical finance logic; basic penetration test or OWASP scan shows no critical issues.
4. Store-ready builds and deployment scripts are handed over in Git.
