"I need a mobile developer who can turn our astrology concept into a polished. The job starts with designing an intuitive, visually appealing interface and continues through to final submission on both the App Store and Google Play.

Core scope
• Build a fluid UI that highlights Daily Horoscopes and a real-time Live Chat with our build AI API.
- Integrate with Google Auth and Geo Location API
• Tie every screen into our already-written REST APIs for horoscope data, chat routing, user accounts
• Implement push notifications, basic analytics, and crash reporting.
• Prepare and upload release builds, screenshots, and metadata so the app clears review on the first pass.

Deliverables
1. Complete Flutter or React Native project (open to either) with clean, documented code.
2. Figma or equivalent design file for all screens and states.
3. Signed iOS .ipa and Android .aab ready for store submission.
4. A concise hand-off guide covering environment setup, API keys, and future update steps.

Acceptance criteria
• Live chat connects and exchanges messages flawlessly for 30-minute test sessions.
• No high-severity issues in TestFlight or Play Console pre-launch reports.
