"I will hand over a complete TIA Portal V18 project that contains a single Function Block I need to use on an older workstation running V16. The job is simply to reproduce that FB in V16 exactly as it exists in V18—same interface, data types, internal logic, and symbolic names. No edits, optimisations, or added comments are required.

Once finished, return either a V16 project file or a reusable library element so I can import it straight into my existing V16 project and compile without errors." (client-provided description)
