"Request for Proposal: Jobber and Google Calendar Two-Way Sync
Project Overview
I am seeking a qualified professional or team to establish a seamless, two-way synchronization between my Jobber CRM and my Google Calendar. The primary goal is to ensure that all relevant job and client information is automatically and accurately updated across both platforms in real-time.
Scope of Work
The successful vendor will be responsible for the following:
* Jobber-to-Google Calendar Sync: When a new job or client is created or updated in Jobber, the corresponding event must be automatically created or updated in the designated Google Calendar.
* Google Calendar-to-Jobber Sync: When an event is created or updated in the designated Google Calendar, it must automatically create or update the corresponding job details in Jobber.
* Data Synchronization: The sync must include the following client and job details:
* Client Name
* Phone Number
* Email Address
* Physical Address
* Job/Appointment Title
* Job Notes/Description
* Date and Time (start and end)
* AI Receptionist Integration: I also require a two-way sync between Jobber and my AI receptionist software, Sophiie AI. I will provide the contact details for Sophiie AI to facilitate this integration. This will ensure that client information and new job requests generated by the AI are accurately transferred into Jobber.
Technical Requirements
* This project will require the use of a third-party integration tool such as Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), or a similar platform. I am open to a recommendation on the most effective and reliable solution.
* The solution must be robust, reliable, and capable of handling a high volume of data updates without errors or conflicts.
* The setup must be thoroughly tested to confirm that the two-way sync works flawlessly for all specified data points.
