"Our embassy in Singapore needs a clean, informative website that our own staff can keep up to date without specialist skills. The core goal is to give Singaporean citizens clear, reliable information about our mission, with special attention on News & Announcements and Consular Services. Everything—from editing a headline to adding a consular notice—should be possible from a simple, well-documented dashboard.

I prefer a proven CMS such as WordPress (or something similarly intuitive) that is mobile-responsive and secure. I will require ongoing contact after launch for troubleshooting and for adding new features as our needs evolve.
