I’m leaning toward customising a CodeCanyon template to speed things up, provided we can layer in the following essentials:

• Membership plans that gate content and handle recurring payments
• Trainer dashboards to create, schedule and price live classes, plus upload custom workout plans for members
• In-class interaction – real-time chat or comparable feedback flow – to keep sessions engaging
• Automatic class recording with cloud storage and easy access inside each user’s history

On the user side, accounts should store purchased plans, upcoming bookings and completed replays. An admin panel is also required so I can approve trainers, manage payouts and run promotions.
