"I need a five-page WordPress website that’s laser-focused on generating leads for my end-client. The build must be clean, responsive, and simple for me to rebrand because I’m reselling the service.

Scope of work
• Spin up WordPress on the host I’ll provide and apply a modern, lightweight theme—framework or premium template is fine as long as it’s easy to adjust colors, fonts, and imagery later. I’m flexible on the overall look; what matters is a professional finish and quick load times on mobile and desktop.
• Structure exactly five pages (typical layout: Home, Services, About, Blog or FAQ, and a CTA / Contact page). Copy will come from me; just drop in placeholders so I can swap text rapidly.
• Embed my existing live-chat solution via iframe on every page so visitors can reach an agent instantly. The chat box should stay visible but never interfere with navigation.
• Configure lead-capture elements—prominent buttons or banners that trigger the chat or link to a simple form—to maximise conversions.
• Hand over full admin access plus a short loom or PDF showing how to edit text, swap images, and change chat settings.

Acceptance criteria
– Site loads in under 3 seconds on GTmetrix mobile test.
– Displays perfectly on the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
– All five pages pass Wordfence scan with no critical issues.
– Chat opens and functions on first click across devices.
