The only must-have feature right now is smooth, uninterrupted live streaming with a clean embedded player that works on desktop and mobile browsers alike.

A simple, intuitive layout is important—I want listeners to arrive, click play, and start hearing the stream without extra steps. Behind the scenes I should be able to add or update stream URLs quickly, so a small admin area or clear instructions for manual edits will be necessary.
