"I’m looking for a WordPress developer who can build a clean, fast, and easy-to-manage property-listing website that showcases both residential and commercial real estate. The core of the project is a robust listings engine: each property needs its own page with image gallery, key details, Google-maps location and a simple inquiry form. I also want a front-end search that lets visitors filter by location, type, price and any other common criteria we can configure in the back-office.

WordPress is already installed on my hosting, so you’ll be starting with a fresh install. Feel free to recommend a theme or framework you trust for real-estate work (Houzez, RealHomes, PropertyHive, custom blocks—whatever you’re most efficient with). What matters is that I can add, edit and retire listings myself without touching code, and that the site remains lightweight and fully responsive.

Deliverables
• Set up or customise the theme/plugins needed for property listings
• Configure search & filter functionality for both residential and commercial stock
• Create template(s) for individual property pages with SEO-ready markup
• Migrate five sample listings so I can see the workflow in action
