"I already have every screen laid out in Figma and now need the working MVP for Mednob AI, my personal-health companion app. The scope is straightforward: a Flutter build that works on both Android and iOS, backed by a FastAPI server.

Here is what I expect you to put in place:

• Clean Flutter code that mirrors the approved Figma designs and handles records, lab reports, insurance cards, IDs and reminder scheduling.
• A FastAPI backend hosted on my preferred cloud provider, exposing REST endpoints for user authentication, secure file upload and CRUD operations on all health records.
• Authentication that follows the full feature list in the attachment—email + password as the baseline, social log-ins and 2-factor in the same flow.
• Minimal but functional AI hooks (for this phase a stubbed route is fine) so we can later expand into automated document parsing and smart reminders.
• Basic admin panel or simple scripts to review uploaded documents, resend verification codes and manage flagged items.
• Postman (or similar) collection and concise README so QA can hit the ground running.

An APK plus TestFlight build, API docs and a one-click deployment script will close the milestone. I am happy to answer edge-case questions early so there are no surprises at review time." (client-provided description)
