"I'm looking to create a modern and trendy WordPress site for service booking. The site will have the following key features:

- Online customer and provider registration: Both customers and service providers should be able to register on the site.
- Email and phone verification flow
- Appointment scheduling: Service providers will input/edit/remove their available schedules, and customers will book/cancel appointments accordingly.
- Appointment number: A unique appointment number will be generated that will be in the format of <first two letter of provider> + <first two letter of customer> + <yymmddHHMM for the appointment date and time confirmed> + <Serial No starting from 1 in the format of 9999 - this serial number resets daily>, example: JOEM24091215450002 is for John, Emily, 09/12/24, 3:45PM, 2nd appointment of the day.
- Email notifications: The site should send out various email notifications, including appointment confirmations, reminder emails, and updates from providers.
- Site will allow to login based on the code sent to phone and/or email for customers and providers.
- Roles: Visitor, User, Provider, Admin
