"1. Content & Product Management

This phase involves a detailed content update to ensure product data is accurate, well-structured, and easily discoverable.

1.1 Product/Image/Description Additions

The goal is to add new products and updating existing categories (descriptions, images, ingredients,) from specified branded sites and incorporating them into the website.

Task A: Add 5 new brands (approx.85 variants in total) by scraping their product data.

Task B: Updating the product info and brand section within Wordpress from another website. Total 17 SKU’s

Task C: Add and configure 2x sections from the template on the front page.

1.2 WordPress Content Updates & Site Enhancements

Task D: Product Re-classification & Tagging: Update and re-classify in wordpress 150 tags to improve filter accuracy. This includes using common sense to re-classify uncategorized products into existing subcategories.(tick and untick) as well as update product variants with accurate weight (in grams) for 20 variants.

Task E: Site Banners: Replace two existing site banners with two new ones and fix an existing banner. I will provide the banners

Task F: Replicating a URL and creating with it a Landing page. Will provide the info and imagery

Task G: Bulk Buys Section: Update the "Bulk Buys" section with 5 new special-offer bundle products.

Task H: Creating 2 new sections on the front page from the template.

Task I: Administrative and IT. Ensuring everything running smoothly (Routine upgrades)

Apply and maintain security template measures

TASK J:

Optimize site speed after the template update and product additions.
Desktop and mobile Speed Optimisation will need to be above 80/100

Update the check out fonts, text to improve visibility

TASK L:

Change the Backorder and Special Offer icon colors on the product page to make it stand out from the Out of stock.
