Project description:
"I need a production-ready web application that replicates and extends the functionality of app.osint.industries. The single most important capability is powerful, lightning-fast advanced search and filtering that can pull relevant results from social-media streams, public databases, and, where licensed, our own internal enterprise data. From those results users should be able to dive straight into interactive graph and network visualisations, pivot between entities, and save or export their findings.
A clean, responsive UI built with either React or Vue is a must; the experience should remain smooth even when thousands of nodes are rendered on screen. On the backend, I am comfortable with Node.js or a Python framework such as FastAPI or Django, provided it scales well on cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar). PostgreSQL or MongoDB are both fine as long as the chosen solution supports complex text search and can handle the high-volume writes an OSINT crawler produces.
Key deliverables
• Robust search module with multi-field filters and query operators
• Graph/network visualisation component (think D3, Cytoscape, or similar) tied directly to search results
• Secure user authentication with account tiers: free, pro, and enterprise, each unlocking progressively deeper data access
• Stripe (or equivalent) payment integration for subscription management, including trials, upgrades, downgrades, and webhooks
• REST (and ideally GraphQL) API endpoints so users can automate queries or pull data into their own tooling, plus the ability to consume third-party APIs as data sources
• CI/CD pipeline and cloud deployment scripts so the stack can be reproduced in staging and production
Please build with modern coding standards, include automated tests where practical, and document both the public API and internal developer setup so future contributors can get up to speed quickly. If parts of the build need to be staged, I’m open to milestone releases—search first, visualisation next, then subscriptions and API expansion." (client-provided description)
