"My PrestaShop shop suddenly breaks down right at the start of checkout. Two things happen every time:

• Shipping options never appear, so customers cannot choose a carrier.
• The main “Proceed to checkout” button stays inactive / does nothing.

Both issues occur before any payment gateway is reached; the cart is already filled and the address step is completed. I need the underlying cause identified, corrected, and then verified in the live environment so customers can complete their orders without errors.

Deliverables
1. Diagnose the root cause of the missing shipping methods and the inactive button (theme override, JavaScript conflict, carrier configuration, module clash—whatever it turns out to be).
2. Apply a clean fix in code or configuration, documented so I can replicate it in staging if needed.
3. Test the full checkout flow on desktop and mobile with at least one real order marked as paid (I will refund it).
4. Provide a short summary of what was changed.
