"I am building a fully featured timesheet solution that serves two distinct roles. Employees must be able to clock in and out in real time, submit missed shifts for approval, and review both their worked hours and the payments they have earned. Employers, on the other hand, need the power to add staff by email or mobile number, verify them through an OTP, assign hourly or fixed-salary rates, configure weekly or monthly payroll periods, approve missed shifts, and generate or export detailed reports.

The mobile front-end has to land on both iOS and Android, while the back-end should be a modern REST service—ideally ASP.NET Core Web API with SQL Server behind it. All screens and data must flow seamlessly in English and Arabic, respecting RTL layout where appropriate, and time-zone handling is critical so global teams see consistent timestamps.

For subscriptions I will charge employers by the number of employee seats. Inside the app they can pay by credit card or bank transfer, and I am open to integrating popular local schemes.

When you reply, walk me through the architecture you would choose, the milestones you foresee, and the fixed price for each. A brief portfolio link to similar multi-language, multi-platform work will help me gauge fit, especially if you have published to the App Store and Google Play before. Most importantly, confirm that you can deliver complete localization (including true RTL support) and that OTP verification will be baked in for employee onboarding.
