"My Yii-based website and HR portal is functional, but a handful of items still sit at the “almost completed” mark and I want to wrap them up quickly.

First, an offer-letter generator already pulls candidate data from our database; I need the final touches that let it render to PDF (mPDF or a comparable library is fine) and store / stream the file. The PDF should look professional and automatically attach to an email.

Second, email notifications must fire at the requisition level—when an offer goes out, the designated stakeholders should receive an alert. The hooks are partly wired; finish the logic, make sure messages pick up the right recipients, and verify they send in production as well as our staging environment.

Finally, I have a few static information pages that require a lightweight CMS in the admin panel. A simple CRUD interface in the existing Yii backend will do; content editors should be able to add, edit, and reorder sections without touching code.

I will provide repository access, the current DB schema, and the half-finished views so you can step straight into coding, test, and push. Deploy to our staging branch once each piece is done—when all three items pass UAT, the job is complete." (client-provided description)
