"I need an experienced developer to take my idea from concept to a fully published Android application. Because the app is still at the early planning stage, I’m looking for someone who can guide me through architecture decisions, help refine the feature list, design an intuitive UI that follows current Material Design guidelines, and then build, test, and deploy the APK to Google Play.
