"I have the full source code for two existing Android apps—one for school administrators and another for parents / students. The codebase is stable; what I need now is a clean rebrand and Play Store deployment.

Scope of work
• Swap in my new app icons (they’re already designed and supplied as proper densities).
• Replace the current socket URL with the new one I’ll provide; no other real-time logic changes are required.
• Integrate my Firebase project by dropping in the fresh [login to view URL] file and updating the project ID.
• Build, sign, and upload both apps to Google Play under their respective listings, ensuring they pass review.

Acceptance
• Two signed AABs (Admin + Parent/Student) built with the updated icons, socket URL, and Firebase config.
• Both apps live or at least in “Pending review” status on the same Play Console account.
• A brief change log or README outlining exactly which files were touched so future updates stay straightforward.
