We need someone who is thoroughly familiar with Open Social to help the Delphi Effect manager customize the platform to their needs. This will include:

• Refine and extend user groups and their permission schema so group privacy, roles, and content access align perfectly with our governance model.
• Build a lightweight yet powerful event management flow (creation, RSVPs, calendar feeds, reminders).
• Overhaul the real-time and email notification system so members receive timely, targeted updates without noise.
• Add intuitive management tools that let group managers moderate content, configure notifications, and pull basic analytics without developer help.

In the future we'll be looking for this as well:
• Handle the integrations necessary to sync profile data and event records with our existing CRM and mailing solution through REST or GraphQL, whichever proves cleaner.
