"On my Wix site I have created a from that lets visitors register for different event sessions
I need now this depending on their choices automatically triggers the right follow-up emails.

FUNCTIONAL FLOW
• The form will offer three distinct session options;
the 2 first fields behave as an either-or choice so users can pick a single alternative when required,
the last field can be chosen independently.

• As soon as the form is submitted, Wix Automations (or Velo if code is the cleaner route) should send one of two pre-written email templates. The email that goes out depends entirely on the button or option the user clicked inside the form.

DELIVERABLES
1. Fully configured Wix Form with the above logic live on my site.
2. Two conditional email workflows tested end-to-end so I can see the exact email each type of registrant receives.
3. Brief hand-off note or loom screencast so I can adjust the sessions or wording later without touching code.

Everything must stay native to Wix—no external plugins—so it remains easy for me to maintain." (client-provided description)
