"On [login to view URL] (currently behind the password “rais1990”) I need the footer language- and country-picker rebuilt so it mirrors the clean, lightweight experience you see on the bottom of celine.com.

What has to happen
• Only English will be live on day one, yet the component must be coded so additional languages and countries can be toggled on later from the CMS or a simple JSON file—no code rewrite required.
• When a visitor first arrives, the selector should pre-fill automatically according to their GeoIP location and store the choice in a cookie / local storage so it persists on return visits.
• A manual drop-down must still be available so users can override the auto-selection at any time.
• Styling, hover states, and animations should follow the current TopBlvd design language while matching the discreet footprint of Celine’s selector (no bulky pop-ups). Responsive behaviour has to stay perfect down to mobile.

Hand-off requirements
1. Fully tested selector deployed to the live theme.
2. Clear comment blocks in the code plus a brief read-me explaining where to add new locales.
3. Confirmation that the selector tracks and remembers the user’s choice across the site without affecting checkout or cart sessions.
