"I have a PHP site that refuses to load on any of my local stacks—the browser only shows a blank page with no error output. Before I move the project to a remote host I need someone to pinpoint why it will not run, get it working on your own machine, and show me the exact steps so I can replicate the fix on mine.

You will receive the full project folder as-is. I have not altered Apache, PHP, or MySQL settings beyond their defaults, and there are no visible errors in the logs I have checked so far.
