"Our live platform is pushing the wrong billing details to FedEx because the business-rule layer behind our FedEx endpoints is out of sync with reality. I need someone who has already worked with FedEx Web Services (batch upload, Ship, Rate, Track, etc.) and understands how those endpoints expect data, then can dive into the existing codebase, spot the rule that is mis-mapping the values, and correct it.

Here is what I expect:
• Investigate the current production issue, trace the incorrect values back through the business-rules implementation, and pinpoint the faulty logic.
• Apply a clean fix that ensures the right billing details are sent for every call.
• Regression-test the solution against the FedEx sandbox and confirm the same results in production.
• Walk through the basic UI flow with me to make sure the corrected data surfaces properly on screen.

Code is in place; the problem is the rule set. If you can read logs quickly, step through backend breakpoints, and have an eye for how the UI consumes those responses, this job should be straightforward." (client-provided description)
