"I run several concurrent IT / software-development projects and need an organised mind to keep them on track. The commitment is a steady 5–10 hours per week, and I’m flexible about when those hours fall as long as key checkpoints are covered.

Here’s what the role looks like day to day:

• Break larger requirements into actionable tasks inside Jira, keep statuses current, and surface blockers early.
• Coordinate with developers and, when needed, hop on a brief client call to clarify scope.
• Feed me concise progress notes through Slack or WhatsApp—instant messaging is our primary update channel.
• Provide a short weekly wrap-up so nothing slips through the cracks.

Because every project sits firmly in the IT/software space, prior experience managing similar technical teams is essential. Strong written and spoken English, a proactive mindset and attention to detail round out the must-haves.
