"Project: Car Rental/Lease-to-Own Platform (Web + Mobile App)

I am looking for an experienced developer/team to build a website and mobile app for a car rental/lease-to-own service in Zimbabwe. The platform will allow drivers (mushika shika taxi operators) to create an account, upload documents (ID, driver’s license, proof of residence), and get verified. After approval, they will be assigned a car and receive a digital contract (downloadable PDF).

Drivers must have a dashboard showing payments made, balance remaining, time left on contract, service reminders, and contract progress. Admin features should include user verification, contract management, car assignment, payment tracking, notifications, and GPS car tracking.

Payment integration with local mobile money services (EcoCash preferred) is required. Security, clear UX, and scalability are essential.

Tech stack can be suggested by the developer (Flutter/React Native preferred for mobile). Please share portfolio of similar projects and estimated timeline." (client-provided description)
