"I need a clean, mobile-friendly website that showcases several vacation homes and lets guests book and manage their stay end-to-end in one place.

Scope of work
• Design and build three core pages—Home, Property Listings, Contact Us—plus any supporting pages needed for a smooth user flow.
• Connect the site to our existing channel manager so availability, pricing, and calendars stay in sync with portals like Airbnb and Booking.com.
• Integrate a real-time calendar on each listing; prevent double-booking and reflect instant updates from the channel manager.
• Accept online payments through Revolut, capturing deposits and balances automatically.
• Provide a secure member area where each guest can log in, review their reservation, download an itinerary, and add extras.
• Add modules for Car Rental, Tour Booking, and Concierge Services so guests can reserve those add-ons during or after checkout.
• Include basic on-page SEO, analytics hookup, and a straightforward content-management setup so I can edit text, photos, and rates without code.
