"I need a clean, modern site for my real-estate agency that operates in a single Italian city. Italian will be the default language, with an English switch for international visitors. The structure is straightforward: two top-level sections—Rent and Buy. Each of those opens to the same two property channels:

• Apartments – goes directly to the apartment listings page.
• Commercial – first shows a short list of business types (bar, restaurant, office, shop, etc.) and then displays matching properties.

Every listing page must feature an interactive map (something as smooth as [login to view URL]) so users can see exactly where each property sits. Filters are vital: basic ones for zone and price, plus advanced options such as amenities and square footage. Individual property pages should accept visitor reviews and star ratings.

I’m after a minimalist, modern look—ample white space, crisp typography, no visual clutter, fully responsive on mobile. Please build on a platform that lets me maintain content easily (a headless CMS, WordPress with Elementor, or a React/[login to view URL] setup are all acceptable as long as performance stays fast).
