"I already own the WP Residence theme and the hosting account for my project, MyNewPad. All files and credentials are ready; what I need now is a WordPress developer who can turn the stock template into a polished Canadian-focused real-estate portal.

The first step is a clean upload and activation of the theme, stripping out every demo listing, logo, and page that comes with it. From there, your main mandate is to localize the build so it feels as seamless to Canadian users as sites like [login to view URL] or rew.ca.

Key elements I’m counting on you to deliver:
• A working RETS/MLS feed that pulls in up-to-date listings for Canada, mapped correctly to WP Residence fields.
• Automatic display of local-neighborhood data (walkability, transit, amenities) beside each listing.
• A refreshed colour palette, custom graphics, and layout tweaks that give the site its own identity while keeping the theme’s responsiveness intact.
• Clean, intuitive UX—no vestiges of the original placeholder content.
