"Looking for a developer to complete a small web app task using Vue.js and Bootstrap. The app should use fetch() to retrieve static data from a JSON file to generate a table.

I’ve attached a PDF with the full instructions, links to two code examples (showing fetch for both retrieving and inserting data), and a screenshot of the expected result. Please follow all steps and implement the solution in the same style as the examples using Vue.component. The JSON file and a starter HTML file has been provided, with Vue and Bootstrap already included via CDN.
