"I can no longer get past the lock screen on my Samsung Android phone because I forgot the password I set (not a PIN or pattern). The handset is still signed in to my Samsung account, so Find My Mobile should be available, and the phone itself is fully functional—I just can’t access it.

I need someone who already knows the ins-and-outs of Samsung security (Knox, FRP, Odin/Download mode, ADB, and, if required, the Samsung Find My Mobile web console) to help me regain access without losing the data stored on the device. A remote session is fine as long as the process is secure; a clear, step-by-step walkthrough is equally acceptable if hands-on access isn’t needed.
