"I need a complete e-commerce solution for my neighbourhood kirana store that works seamlessly on iOS, Android, and the web. Shoppers must be able to search or browse our catalogue, view detailed product pages, add items to a cart, and check out using UPI. The overall look and feel should be modern and sleek, matching today’s popular grocery apps yet still allowing us to feature local offers and essentials prominently.

Core expectations
• A responsive website plus native mobile apps built for both Android and iOS
• Fast product search, category browsing, real-time stock visibility, and a simple cart flow
• UPI payment gateway fully integrated and tested end-to-end (other methods such as cards or wallets can remain optional for a later phase)
• Basic admin interface where I can upload products, adjust prices, manage orders, and trigger status updates to customers
• Clean, lightweight UI that loads quickly even on low-end phones

Deliverables
1. Production-ready iOS and Android builds (IPA & AAB/APK)
