"VeerTri, an early-stage video-streaming venture, is moving from concept to market launch and I am ready to hand the helm to a founding Chief Executive Officer who can secure our first round of funding and shape an ad-supported growth strategy.

The immediate mandate is fundraising. During the first twelve months you will turn our market research and preliminary financial models into an irresistible story for pre-seed and seed investors, cultivate relationships, negotiate terms, and close a round that gets the platform live. Because we will run on an ad-supported model, you will also validate CPM assumptions, lock in pilot advertisers, and ensure the revenue engine is ready the day we acquire users.

To succeed you will draw equally on business management discipline, hands-on technology and software insight—cloud infrastructure, OTT delivery, analytics—and a keen marketing and sales instinct that keeps user acquisition costs low while attracting advertisers. Leading the hiring of a tight engineering and growth team, setting OKRs, and maintaining transparent, investor-class reporting will be part of your weekly routine.

Key deliverables within the first year:
• Close a pre-seed/seed round sufficient to build and launch an MVP
• Finalize the ad-supported revenue model and initial advertiser agreements
• Recruit core engineering, content, and marketing leadership
• Produce investor-ready financial projections and agree on KPIs for Series A readiness
