"The goal is to ship a polished Android utility app that still feels social and interactive. Core functions must include in-app messaging, personal user profiles, and a scrolling news feed so users stay engaged inside one environment rather than jumping between separate apps.

Beyond those essentials, I need the build to connect smoothly with a payment gateway for one-off and recurring purchases, offer native social-media sign-in / share hooks, and consume a handful of third-party APIs that will power the utility’s main service. A clean Material-design UI, responsive layouts for phones and tablets, and solid offline handling are all expected as part of the standard.

Deliverables
• Full Android Studio project with well-commented Kotlin or Java source
• Integrated messaging, profile and feed modules wired to a secure backend (Firebase, Supabase or your preferred stack)
• Payment gateway, social-media and required external API integrations tested and documented
• Play-Store–ready release build plus signed APK/AAB, keystore, and versioned changelog
• Brief hand-over guide covering environment setup, build steps, and API keys

Acceptance criteria
1. Message delivery under 2 seconds on average over Wi-Fi.
2. All profile edits reflected across devices within a single session.
3. Payment flow passes sandbox and live transactions without errors.
4. Crash-free run time of at least 99% across Android 8-14 per Firebase Crashlytics.
