"I need a cross-platform mobile application that recreates the Blinkit experience, focused entirely on fast, compliant medicine delivery. The build must ship on both iOS and Android from the same codebase, with a polished UI that feels fully native on each platform.

Core flow

• Secure user authentication so customers can register, log in and manage profiles with minimal friction.
• PCI-compliant in-app payments for cards and popular local wallets.
• Real-time order tracking that shows preparation, dispatch and live courier location.
• A rating & review module attached to each completed order so customers can evaluate both product quality and delivery service.

I will provide initial wireframes, a list of pharmacy SKUs, and the required regulatory labels. You will handle UX refinement, API integration, and deployment to both App Store and Google Play, including test builds on TestFlight and internal track.

Deliverables
1. Full source code (React Native, Flutter or native — suggest the most efficient approach).
2. REST or GraphQL backend with admin dashboard for inventory, order management and analytics.
3. Published apps ready for public download.
4. Post-launch support for bug fixes through the first month.
