"I have several recorded course videos (currently 640×360 resolution, around 1 hour each) that need to be converted and optimized for upload to Udemy. Udemy requires a minimum of 720p HD video quality, proper audio, and correct encoding.

I am looking for a freelancer experienced in video editing, AI upscaling, and video encoding who can:


Requirements

Upscale all videos from 360p to 1280×720 (HD) or 1920×1080 (Full HD) using AI or other professional tools (not just simple resizing).

Ensure videos are exported in MP4 format with:

Video codec: H.264

Audio codec: AAC (minimum 128 kbps)

Constant framerate (30 fps)

Bitrate: at least 2.5 Mbps for 720p (ideally 5 Mbps or more).

Maintain or improve audio clarity (reduce background noise if needed).

Deliver videos with good visual sharpness and smooth playback, acceptable for Udemy’s quality review.

File size optimized for streaming (<2GB per hour ideally, without quality loss).
