"We are building a web-based platform that uses AI to help users find personalized, relevant resources for mental health support, legal aid, parenting support groups, and other human services across the USA, Canada, UK, and Israel.

The user will describe their situation in plain language (e.g., “I need therapy for my 6-year-old”), and the system will:

Use NLP to interpret the request
Ask smart, dynamic follow-up questions to clarify (e.g., location, age, insurance, virtual/in-person, etc.)
Search a backend resource database (originally from a Google Sheet, now stored as a proper database)
Return the most relevant and personalized matches

Core Features:
AI/NLP Question Flow:
Understand free-text user inputs
Ask follow-up questions based on context
Route the user to appropriate resources

Database Integration:
Backend stores resource data (from Google Sheets)
Must support filters like location, age group, insurance, etc.
Must allow for future scaling and editing
Frontend Web App:
Clean, modern UI (mobile-responsive)

Ability to view and scroll through all resources manually

Feedback System:
