"I’m finalising a brochure for the new mall I’m developing and need one polished page dedicated to a map. The goal is simple: illustrate the three neighbouring cities in relation to the site and make it unmistakably clear that the mall sits at their midpoint.

Style & tone
• Modern, sleek, brochure-ready—think clean lines and elegant typography rather than a screenshot of Google Maps.
• A restrained colour palette that feels premium and can sit comfortably alongside the rest of the marketing material.

Content that must appear
• All three cities, with my site visually anchored at the centre.
• Major roads that connect each city to the site.
• Key landmarks that aid quick orientation.
• Straight-line or road-distance call-outs (km) between every city and the site.

Practical details
• I haven’t fixed the page orientation; recommend whatever best serves readability and layout harmony.
• Final artwork needs to arrive as print-ready PDF (300 dpi, CMYK) plus the editable source file (AI or layered PSD).
• Please ensure fonts are either outlined or supplied and that any imagery is embedded or linked correctly.
