"I run Grabban Collection Real Estate, a Dubai-based brokerage that deals exclusively in high-end residential property. The brand experience we give our clients is modern, bespoke and unmistakably premium, so the visual identity has to echo the same qualities.

The new logo must place luxury front and centre through a strong, typography-led word mark. Clean lines, generous spacing and muted tones—primarily black and white—will give it the minimal, timeless feel I’m after. Please avoid busy graphics or the usual “house” icons; subtle detailing that hints at refinement is welcome, but the word mark should do the heavy lifting.

Versatility matters: the mark needs to scale effortlessly from a website header to social media avatars, business cards, letterheads, property signage and large-format marketing collateral. Legibility and visual impact on both light and dark backgrounds are essential.

Deliverables
• Primary logo in vector files (AI, EPS, SVG)
• High-res PNG and JPG exports in colour, reverse and monochrome versions
• Clear-space and sizing guidelines so internal teams can apply the mark consistently
