Scope
• Build the mobile product end-to-end: architecture, UI/UX, front-end, back-end and any required API integrations.
• Produce store-ready builds that meet all Google Play and App Store guidelines.
• Hand over thoroughly documented source code so future updates are straightforward.
• Integrate lightweight analytics and crash reporting for post-launch monitoring.
• Provide a short walkthrough of deployment and versioning to ensure I can push updates independently.

Deliverables
1. Production-ready Android (.AAB) and iOS (.IPA) packages.
2. Complete Git repository with commit history.
3. Setup scripts or clear build instructions.

Acceptance criteria

Cross-platform frameworks like Flutter or React Native are welcome for efficiency, though native Kotlin/Swift solutions are equally acceptable if they better serve performance or security needs.
