"All the images across my WordPress site have vanished from both the front-end and the Media Library. I can’t pinpoint the trigger—there were no recent plugin installations, theme changes, or other updates that I recall. I need someone who can quickly trace the root cause (whether it’s a broken database reference, file-system issue, hot-linking block, or something else) and bring every photo back online without disrupting existing content or functionality.

The immediate goal is to:
• Diagnose why the images disappeared and confirm the exact failure point.
• Restore all affected images so they display correctly on every page and post.
• Implement and document a permanent fix—this might involve correcting upload paths, repairing the wp_posts table, replacing corrupt files, or configuring the right permissions/CDN settings.

Acceptance criteria:
1. All images reappear on the live site and in the Media Library.
2. No new errors or broken links introduced.
3. A brief handover note summarising the issue, steps taken, and preventive measures.
