"My progressive web app is already complete and live in React on Replit; what I need now is a smooth, worry-free path into both the Apple App Store and Google Play. The codebase is production-ready as a PWA, so no new features or tweaks are required—just the technical work of turning the web build into installable iOS and Android binaries and guiding it through each store’s review process.

I’m looking for someone who can:

• Wrap the existing React PWA in a suitable container (Capacitor, Cordova, Expo, or an equivalent you prefer)
• Configure all platform-specific settings—app icons, splash screens, bundle IDs, signing certificates, provisioning profiles, keystore, versioning, and permission declarations
• Produce a TestFlight-ready IPA and a Google Play-ready AAB or APK
• Submit the app on my developer accounts, respond to any review comments, and see it through to final approval
