Project description:
"My immediate need is to turn the rough Google Sheets file that holds every SKU in my warehouse into a well-structured, searchable inventory. Once the data is cleaned and categorized, I want to automate two outward-facing assets:
• Inventory PDFs – generated straight from the live data and hosted through shareable links so I can send a current price list or product sheet to customers at any time.
• A simple, secure web portal – desktop and mobile friendly – where business clients can browse our products, see stock levels, photos, specs, and download those same PDFs on demand.
I am open on tech stack as long as it ties smoothly into Google Sheets and lets me update products without touching code. If you have a preferred framework (Apps Script, Firebase, no-code tools, or a lightweight custom build) tell me why it fits.
Please respond with a clear project proposal that shows:
• how you will restructure the sheet,
• the approach to auto-generate and host PDFs,
• the portal architecture and any third-party tools or APIs you would use,
• a rough timeline with milestones for each piece.
I will share a view-only link to the current sheet with shortlisted freelancers so you can refine your plan." (client-provided description)
