"I want to bring “notary on wheels” to life with a single mobile product that works seamlessly on iOS and Android. The app must serve two distinct user groups—clients who need documents notarised and travelling notaries who provide the service—through one shared platform.

Core functionality
• Real-time appointment booking so clients can choose a time, confirm fees, and reserve a notary.
• Secure document submission that lets clients upload PDFs or image files for advance review.
• Live location tracking, allowing clients to watch the notary’s route and estimated arrival on a map.

A straightforward, modern UI, push notifications, simple onboarding for both user types, and an admin back-office where I can review users, bookings, and uploaded documents complete the initial scope.

I’m open to native development or a cross-platform stack such as Flutter or React Native—please indicate the tools you prefer, how you’ll handle testing on both platforms, and your expected timeline for an MVP through to App Store and Google Play submission.
