What I want:

Around 7–8 pages (Home, About, Services, Portfolio/Case Studies, Blog, Careers, Contact etc).
A chatbot (can be basic lead capture/FAQ, AI one is a plus).
Hosting + domain is NOT provided by me → you’ll handle it (prefer GoDaddy).
Must be mobile responsive, SEO-friendly.
Timeline is strict: 7 days max from design approval to site going live.
After launch: handover + docs + 7 days support.
