Project description:
"I have just bought a complete source-code package that includes both a web application and its companion mobile app. My goal is to see the entire system running on my Hostinger account so I can test every feature before moving on to custom work.

What will be available
• Full source code for the web and mobile projects but work requires to be done by logging into a remote desktop
• All documentation that came with the purchase, including environment variables and build notes

Scope of work
• Upload the web code to Hostinger, configure the web server and database, and make sure the API and admin panel are reachable online
• Build the mobile apps, point them to the live API, and deliver test-ready builds (APK for Android and, if possible, an iOS TestFlight or Ad-Hoc IPA)
• Troubleshoot and fix any dependency or path issues that appear during installation
• Provide a short deployment log so I can reproduce the setup later

Acceptance criteria
• Web front-end and admin dashboard load without errors on Hostinger
• Mobile builds install, connect to the live backend, and allow sign-up / log-in
• Clear hand-off notes listing environment variables, commands, and file paths u
Experience with Hostinger’s hPanel, common LAMP/LEMP stacks, and either React Native or Flutter will make the task straightforward. The end result should be a fully deployed, testable application suite ready for me to explore.
